The latest international developments, the latest trends and best practices in all key areas related to the hotel and catering industries, were presented for the first time in Greece, through the new innovative special event Business Lab of the report HORECA 2020.
For four days, experts from all fields presented their experience and knowledge to the public, who responded enthusiastically to the call by filling the stage set up in Hall 3. Bar & restaurant: The trends in promotion and management
The topics that covered the main issues of the restaurant and cafe-bar industry were similar and rich and complete. All the new trends in marketing were presented, their modern digital presence was analyzed and how through the internet, digital marketing and social media they can gain readability and customer base. Attracting corporate clients and tourists was put under the microscope of experts, while the steps towards the award and the secrets that lead a catering business to distinction were presented. Proper branding, quality control management, computerization and its multiple benefits, finding and training staff, catering trends and prospects were topics that were thoroughly analyzed by the speakers. Costing seminars for Food & Beverage were also held, the current trends in F&B and bar menus in restaurants were presented, as well as the creation of thematic concepts & experiences. Finally, case studies of restaurants and cafes - bars were presented that today achieve excellent results in all the above areas.
