On the road to Greece in 2021. Human well-being at the heart of developments

We often hear in the dialogues around us:
"Aman now with this tax evasion. Time to stop. This is not a situation, they always pay themselves and themselves!"
More or less all people, regardless of education, profession or income, participate in these dialogues.
The demand for fair taxation is horizontal and global, but especially in Greece even more intense.
It is obvious that this debate has intensified due to the economic crisis of recent years and the special situation that our country has reached with a key growth factor, the need of Greek society to look for culprits for its elimination.
As a financial person, I often wonder what drives people to forget the basics.
Especially in Greece, basic rules of economics are not applied. while economics is considered a luxury, economists as golden boys, while it is clear that the very small and small enterprises do not have in their majority in their potential, people who have knowledge of finance or business administration.
Also, the banking institutions of our country did not function properly, but the State itself is significantly responsible for the lack of adoption of basic management rules in it,
Why am I saying all this? But why, obviously, the digital single market created by the European Union is about creating an environment of security and stability for citizens, something that is achieved by creating a climate of trust and, above all, without forced choices that create fear, something that the Left of a and at its ideological core, it wants to devalue the relationship between citizen and state, in order to enhance its impact on society.
We must also remember that in order to be a tax evader or to avoid tax, first of all there must be a tax and in fact such a tax that is considered unfair by those who avoid it, that is, the taxpayer is bothered by the way the tax is imposed, so much so that she wants to avoid him.
Therefore, this tax will be a non-targeted or unsuccessful one, depending on how one reads it.
Such taxes are mostly indirect taxes that especially in Greece are many and varied, while the main issue they create is a murky landscape for the reason they are paid by the taxpayer.
Commonly, the citizen does not adequately understand why he pays the tax imposed on him.
This is solved by the institutionalization of direct prices for the provision of a service, but also the expansion of the social protection network, so that the one who can not pay for the service is not deprived.
One such measure was the imposition of a ticket on hospitals with the parallel extension of healthcare to those who do not have one using European resources to achieve this.
This system has created benefits that could reduce taxation and achieve government spending on the national health system, thus creating a climate of trust between citizens and the state, increased revenue for the state and better services for citizens.
And yet, although the examples in our country are recent, we link the success of its taxation system with the way an expense is paid, in a forced way.
In the government bill under voting, it is required for the first time to build the tax-free with the use of electronic cards.
And yet, taxable income is less prone to tax evasion.
THE NECESSARY The choice of electronic money is not a liberal choice, as it deprives citizens of financial freedom, especially in the event that even by chance in a country it elects an authoritarian government.
So in this context I write some thoughts as equivalent choices of this MANDATORY CHOICE measure:
1) Large packaging companies that supply the smaller ones could add to the cost of the value of the goods, a tax that would be paid on the spot to the state by them.
This would obviously reduce the risk of not receiving the revenue needed to run the state and provide basic services to citizens.
Obviously, this means that the accounting standards will now consider these goods to be sold immediately and in case of their return, the tax will be credited or offset.
Obviously, the smaller companies in order to collect this tax will have to pass it on to the consumers, from whom they will collect. In order to avoid over-transfer, companies should be asked to submit price lists, in order to facilitate the audit process on this issue, in order to determine whether these packaged products end up burdened due to the multiplication of this tax to the consumer.
The above process creates a problem of financing the companies that can be solved with the respective institutionalization of credits, depending on the turnover that the company foresees to carry out in a period of a month or more, depending on the turnover of its warehouse.
It is obvious that the process can be implemented gradually, until it is integrated into the operation of the economy and of course always in the direction of reducing the risk of non-collection, in order to make easier the tendency to reduce government spending and taxes.
2) Taxable income at source to employees and retirees for the part of income that does not enjoy tax-free. This could work gradually and depending on the degree of reliability of the companies for the return of the tax to the State.
3) Adoption of electronic pricing system by companies throughout the supply chain, to make it easier to count inventories and identify bad practices.
4) Institutionalization of the digital business in the services sector by undoing the physical registered office of the company, where the trading activity will be done under the assumption of the electronic control of the business fund and the lifestyle of its shareholders or owners, in order to identify any bad practices from them.
This institutionalization will reduce the costs of maintaining headquarters for businesses, while it is expected to have a positive impact on the adoption of teleworking, teleconferencing and other related innovations.
5) Re-routing of non-compensatory services of the State and institutionalization of electronic procedures. Transfer of responsibilities and service to the Citizen Service Centers for the service of those who do not have knowledge of computer use or access to it.
6) Institutionalization of a consulting voucher or services, so that citizens can freely choose a professional scientist to assist them in their business activity in the transition to the digital age.
7) Encourage the standardization of products, in order to increase their value, to improve their quality, but also to make it easier to control these sales. Especially in the agricultural sector, the establishment of e-shops and their connection with the printing presses, but also the strengthening of precision agriculture is vital.
8) Encouragement and strengthening of business incubators and business service centers, in order to facilitate entrepreneurship, control, but also the improvement of the services they receive.
The above are just a few thoughts and proposals for strengthening the financial freedom of citizens, which are based on the empowerment of the individual, the elimination of fear from it, but also the strengthening of the relationship between citizen and state, while the government excludes from the process bankruptcy those people who do not have the money to join the process, while it has explicitly excluded economists from taking on the role of insolvency administrator and commits additional judges in the sense of a rapporteur-judge to run a business reorganization or bankruptcy process; at a time when the time for the end of a legal dispute in Greece is too long and there is a large burden of cases in it.
Greece of 2021 must finally turn to Science and Truth, but also to remember its past, which praised man and highlighted the concept of citizenship.
